No. While every unit has a fully appointed kitchen, we do not rent furnished rooms to allow our residents flexible leasing options.
Not necessarily. We do offer individual leases for groups of roommates in the same unit, which allows each resident the freedom to be responsible for their own rent without worry for their roommates. We allow up to 2 residents in a studio, 3 residents in a one-bedroom and 5 residents in a two-bedroom. If a resident choose to rent a single bedroom in our two-bedroom unit, we will be matched with another individual or group to rent the second bedroom.
Each lease is a 12-month term, beginning in August and ending in July – perfectly aligning with your school schedule!
In order to satisfy our income requirement, many students will need a cosigner on their lease. If the resident is able to satisfy the income requirement on their own, though, no cosigner will be necessary. Students under 18 are required to have a consigner, as well.
All residents and cosigners have access to an online portal, where they can pay rent through eCheck (free), automatic withdrawal (free), or by card (2.99% fee), view their lease, submit maintenance requests, and more. Additionally, rent can be submitted in person to our onsite leasing office located in the clubhouse.
Yes! We have two full time Community Managers as well as maintenance staff to keep Twelve55 safe and sound behind our gates. We also have a 24-hour emergency line in case of any maintenance emergencies.
